At CaloroLighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition.

The return must include the original packaging, lamp shade, all components, and any complimentary items (e.g., light bulbs).

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are non-refundable.
Return Process

Contact Us: Email info@calorolighting.com with your order number and photos or videos of the item(s).

Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and schedule a pickup.

Prepare the Package: Pack the item(s) securely in their original condition and packaging.

Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect your return within 3–5 business days and proceed with a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong item ordered, address issue, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, which typically range from $50–$100 depending on package size.

No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days of inspection.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us. If payment has been made and the item has not shipped, we will provide a full refund.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or a part is missing, contact us at info@calorolighting.com and we will send the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.
